当今世界正处于儿童玩具市场，食品市场，家电市场，家具市场和服装市场对树脂，塑料，油漆，色粉（染料）和其它辅料等所用材料中有毒重金属含量超标及该产品的结构或部件的设计不科学造成害人伤人事件而谈虎色变之时，当今国际贸易战日趋激烈与尖锐，经济与政治混杂交错一起而使人难于区别的狂风恶浪之际，新旧标准又多变常改时增之日 ，行业标准混淆不清的风云变幻之时，加之新闻炒家把这些一直时常都有发生的事件 , 爆炸性地恶意地炒作成为骇人听闻的事件 , 致使某些难于自控的弱势生产商魂失自尽 , 工厂倒闭 , 工人失业而造成更多人生活和工作困难与不便之日 ,为碓保公认行业标准的制订公正 , 使用公开，执行公平，尽力规避因国际争斗形势的变化之急剧, 保护主义和功利主义交溶混杂，以及单方随意武断性所带来的难于预测的诸多风险，故此广州市导华科工贸有限公司乘此之机特别声明，以诏告天下如下：

3.我公司一贯明确申明我司的教医模型产品是为了教学医学的特定群体的演示，实习和训练的需求与目的而设计的模型，而不是为玩具群体的需求与目的而设计的模型。由于两者设计的目的标准与适用的群体范围都有着极大的不同，当然各自所要求的行业安全概念与标准也极大的不同。由于教医模型的要求是以其科学性、教学性、演示性、实训性、可靠性和性价比为主 ，所以，教医模型的标准必定是相对性（随区域，国家，民俗，行业和时代而变化）综合性和公认性的标准。而儿童玩具的要求，则特别强调和重视其对儿童的安全性为主。当然 , 尽管我们的模型有的可作为饮具目的而采用具有国际公认合法的公证书的食品级的材料，如杯式人体模型产品，有的可作为成人工艺品的目的，如笔式人体模型产品，有的可作为工艺品陈列，因而其工艺与成本就会大大提高，有的也可作为成人玩具和儿童玩具使用，但其除了趣味性，教育性 , 益智性等等要求之外，特别要求其安全概念与标准，当然，玩具安全性标准也必定是相对性（随区域，国家，民俗，行业和时代而变化）综合性和公认性的标准，其首先重视所用的树脂，塑料，油漆，色粉和其他辅料等材科中有毒重金属含量要符合公认的严格严密严管的安全的要求与标准，除此之外，玩具安全的概念与标准还特别重视产品的结构和部件的尺寸大小和安装牢靠诸方面的安全性， 以防止产品的结构和部件可能会自行脱落或容易为儿童板弄下来 , 而导致儿童误食误吞入口或刺伤划破身体等等，总之要排除和防止一切可能出现对儿童不安全的因素，因而其安全性是第一位的，众所周知，一块小小人体牙骨，指骨和脚指骨都会伤害到儿童的安全 , 因而会不符合玩具标准而被禁止便用，但在教医模型中 , 却要维护科学的三严性而务必保存该人体牙齿 , 指骨和脚指骨的逼真性，因为它符合科学性而符合教学医学行业的规定与要求而务必保存，尽管它不适用不符合儿童玩具安全性的概念 , 要求与标准！同理，环保标准也主要注重于无毒性,可回收及可再用的要求与标准!

4 . 我公司敬请诸位要严格清晰地区分食用的、医用的 、玩具的概念 , 要求 , 目标 , 设计与标准同教学医学模型的概念 , 要求 , 目标 , 设计与标准，切勿混为一谈，不要把环保概念 , 要求与标准同安全概念 , 要求与标准看成一样，注意各行各业各物的概念区别 , 要求互异与标准不同，没有区别，就没有概念，更没有标准！尊重市场经济是规则的游戏，而不是游戏规则，因而行业标准也要具有公正，公平，公开性，切莫一言堂 , 一家定音 !
故此，我公司确认：
1. 我公司采购每批材料时，都同所有材料供应商签订所供材料 , 务必符合具有法律与经济责任的合约书，以及要求附有国际的公认的合法的公证行所检查与签发的公证检验报告书(如SGS)，而且还特别强调要求要符合美国ASTM F963和欧洲EN71中的树脂、塑料、油漆、色粉和其他辅料等原材料中有毒重金属的含量标准。
2 . 我公司签约后采购的具有公证行检验报告的符合标准的材料（树脂 , 塑料 , 色粉 , 油漆和其他辅料等）保证使用在该出口产品的生产上！敬请放心 ; 我公司设专员负责将每批进料的原始凭证 , 均登记入册存挡 , 保存壹年 , 以备司法随时查考 .逾期不候！
3 .按照你的来样,来图 ,目标 , 标准 , 设计与贴牌而生产业经你确认过的或者按我公司生产的样品而看样订货的你所要求生产的货物 , 我们一概要求和规定所有采购商都必需派员来我们工厂内进行再检验 , 再确认 , 再装运 ,如果你自身放弃该检验与确认的规定与工作 , 那装运后所发生的一切有关法律与经济的责任 , 概由采购商自巳负责 。
4. 遵照行规惯例 , 凡尚属企业保密的生产配方 , 若无合法司法凭据者 , 我司断然拒绝提供完全的原始凭证 , 请予原谅。当今世界同行中 , 因为还有大牌供应商所生产和销售的172CM人体骨骼模型之大股骨(每根约1.6公斤) , 因其生产中难于解决注塑技术的难题 , 因而未能采用全注塑化环保与安全的材料 , 因而采用其他替代树脂材料而易断易碎 ! 许多生产模型的同业者 , 仍用工业级的材料 , 油漆等 , 因而难于符合环保与安全的标准 , 如同工业级的食盐和酒精 , 不能作为食品级去毒害使用者一样 , 因而这些产品仍然存在着无法克服的恶臭难闻的臭味 ; 故此 , 切莫只顾贪图价格低廉而忽略环保与安全的标准 , 故此 , 教医模型要从材料、保形(塑料受高热特别容易变形是目前教医模型生产的难题)、味道、毒性、可靠、渗液、学理和性价比等八大主要方面去判别,因为这六大主要方面都是当今世界教医模型生产的主要难题和质量区别的主要因素 ! 故此 , 敬请诸位采购商注意 : 如果贵方将我司产品与他方无法出具合法的国际公认公证行检验证明的产品混合销售时 , 所出现的一切问题 , 我司概不负责, 因为当今世界市埸中假冒仿制类同产品比比皆是 ,使人难于区别和分辨 ! 敬请诸位采购商注意 : 携着符合环保和安生的标准的产品走天涯 , 那你碰到谈到老虎自然心定神不惊 !

Nowadays, people always are pale with fright when they mentioned more concerns over the product safety than any other thing else .... people often are damaged by the causes of the hazardous materials which are the used materials overstepped the standard content of toxic heavy metals in the resin , coloring materil and other auxiliary material and the hazardous product constructions of non-ergonomical designs in the lines used in the toy market, food market , household appliances market, furniture market and the garment market ; Meanwhile, the war of international trade is getting more and more fierce, the economy and politics often were all jumbled together in the world , so as to make people difficult to distinguish, while trade standards are being revised frequently by the growing international trade conflicts . The news speculators promotes the commonly seen appeared event explosively and maliciously into jumbo bombshell so as to make the small and weak manufacturer to suicide oneself and affect people live and work in difficulties ! In order to ensure the universally accepted and recognized trade standards be executed publicly, impartially(justicely) and equitably and avoid the unpredictable risks coming from the jumbo and sharp changing of international conflictism , protectionism, utilitarianism , unilateralism and arbitrarism , GUANGZHOU DAO-HUA S.T.I.T. Our corporation definitely have been stating the goal that our “educational and medical models” are designed to meet the needs and purposes of the specific human crowd for demonstrating , practising and training in “educational and medical trade” , are not used for children group in the toys trades . Becaues the application scopes of toys and “educational and medical models” are of great differences, they should follow their corresponding trade safety standards and criterions respectively.We have made distinct differentiation in adhering to different requirements on our “educational & medical models ”and ”toys and toy related products ” . The main requirements for “educational and medical models” demand for scientifical compliance , instructive, teaching-demonstrative, practicing-training , reliable and cost-effective . But the educational and medical model standard must be a opposite (changing by region , nation , folk-custom , lines and times ) , synthetic and recognizability standard . However , some of our model products , such as cup-type mug products whose materials are at food level and with international certificates , can be used as food ware ; some are made for purpose of adult handicraft , such as the organ-type pens and bone-type pens ; some can be used as handicraft exhibit , with higher technique and cost ; some can be toys for children and adults , whose standards more emphasize on safety concepts and standard , which is all-around . On the other hand , “toys ” are more emphasized on safety in addition to theirs being requirements for attractiveness(initialness) , instruction and intelligence , etc . The most particular attention for toys should be paid on the products should follow the non-toxicness , safety and recognizability standards strictly and critically . But the safety standard are very comprehensive , in particular they are focused on the non-toxicness of the heavy metal contents of the used hazardous materials and hazardous configurations and components of the product of non-ergonomic designs . Certainly the toy safety satndards also must be a apposite (changing by region , nation , folk-custom , line and times ,) synthetic and recognizability standard . Moreover, safety concept and standards keep special watch on the ergonomical designs on the size and fastness of the components and configurations to avoid breaking apart on itself or by children, which may cause fragments of the components and configurations to be swallowed by children or stab the body . Anyway, we should prevent children from all factors which are not safe, SAFETY IS THE FIRST MATTER. As we all know, it will be prohibited if out of accord with the requirment for toys safety that even a tiny bone of human teeth, phalange or toe may injure the children. Whereas based on the line standards of the educational and medical models , the human tiny teeth, phalange and toe bones should be kept lifelike to maintain the seriousness, preciseness, strictness of all sciences, although it is not applicable to the safety concepts and standards for children toys.
4. Sincerely, our corporation hope people to distinguish the differences in the concepts and standards , requirements and ergonomical designs , criterions and goals of food , medical ,educational and toys products, NOT to regard the environmental friendly standards and product safety standards for human body as the same. Please notice the different goals,concepts ,reqirements ,designs , criterions and standards in different trades . Essentially it is the game that market economy is the rules ! So as to respect the rules of the market economy must be the public , impartial(justice) and equitable , just trade rules . Not to be the rules of one company or one person.
Hereby, our corporation confirm that:
1. On every purchase of materials , our corporation signs all legal binding contracts with our suppliers to ensure that the materials are human safety materials with declaring the legal binding and economic responsibility. We require the suppliers to provide the test reports conducted by internationally approved and legal laboratories to certify that their original materials of the resin , coloring materials and other auxiliary materials conformed the standard content of toxic heavy metals to the standards ASTM F963 of the USA and EN71 of EU.
2. Our corporation promises the materials(resin , coloring materials and other auxiliary materials) mentioned above should be used in the production of merchandise for exporting. And all the original credence of materials purchase are only kept in files for one years for reference . And over after the one year , the credences will be scrapped .
3. According to your requirement , designs , standard , criteriia and goal and our given order-made sample , all buyers must confirm , order and check every products by your OEM and by our manufacturing in our factory . Then you ship the goods . So you must have the binding legal and economic responsibility ! If you self scrapped all checking work and criterion , you must make oneself responsible for all binding legal and economic responsibility .
4. By convention, some of our key formulas are not released .However , buyers are assured that the products are all in full compliance with the required safety standards . So please understand that we will not released full original credence of materials purchase which are confidential formulas without legally judicial procedure . It is the reason that some well-know manufacturers in the world , who also produce the big femurs(approximately 1.6kgs per piece ) of human skeleton models, haven’t solve the technical and difficult problems of world plastic injection line yet . Due to this, they have to use non-environmental friendly materials in their big femurs or other bones instead of all-injection environmental friendly materials, and have to use fragile resin as substitute. Many compeers (the professions)are still using industry level materials and paints , which are incapable to comply with the environmental friendly and human safety standards and requirements , just like using potassium chloride as food salt or formaldehyde as food alcoholic drink , which will make terrible damage to human body. Such products can not cover the horribly funk smell. We should not only pursue low price by ignoring the environmental friendly and human safety standards. So “educational and medical models” should be judged from six criteria for our “Educational and Medical Models” that is materials, shape-fixing(and this, it is a difficult problem using the production of educational and medical models that plastic materials is extremely easily deformed when heated , so we are committed to pay special emphasizes to the model shape stationarity ----they must be strong & stable in keeping up their shape ), smell, toxicity, cost-effective and safety. The six criteria mention above are the chief considerable problem for the production of “Educational and Medical Models” .
